Purchase To Pay Controller

We’re on the lookout for a Purchase to Pay Controller to join our team — a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves making processes run smoothly and enjoys working with numbers, systems, and people.

You’ll play a key role in making sure suppliers are paid accurately and on time, while helping us keep everything compliant and efficient. You’ll work closely with teams across Finance and the wider business to keep things moving and spot opportunities to make our processes even better.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Making sure supplier payments are accurate and timely
• Handling queries from suppliers and internal teams
• Keeping P2P policies and workflows up to date
• Identifying and implementing process improvements and automation ideas
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business

To be successful we’re looking for you to demonstrate:

• Experience in Accounts Payable and the full P2P process (retail or FMCG experience is a bonus)
• Strong Excel skills (pivots, formulas — Power BI knowledge is a plus!)
• Great communication and organisational skills
• Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
