Product and Range Manager
As a Product & Range Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our creative vision to life. You’ll be responsible for the execution and commercialisation of product ranges, partnering closely with Product, Creative, Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to deliver inspiring, insight‑led ranges to market.
You’ll shape and deliver end‑to‑end product solutions — from identifying product opportunities and writing briefs, through to collaborating with supply partners, refining range architecture and supporting in‑store activation. This is a role for someone who thrives on creativity, commercial thinking and cross‑functional collaboration.
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver an insight‑led, market‑leading product range that reflects both customer need and creative ambition.
- Execute the product strategy within our value‑for‑money principles.
- Build ranges in line with agreed strategy, considering architecture, pricing and fixture/display layout.
- Use sales data, shopping lists and insight to inform product selection for range builds.
- Identify product gaps and write line‑level product briefs aligned to the creative vision.
- Collaborate with Marketing to support product launches and related activity.
- Partner with supply teams and suppliers to ensure quality, delivery and cost expectations are met.
- Attend and contribute to customer meetings, sharing range recommendations and insights where required.
- Support brokered publisher relationships (where relevant) alongside Procurement.
- Drive efficiencies by leveraging global resources and common SKUs.
- Work with the Senior Product & Range Manager to complete workbooks ahead of sign‑off.
- Identify improved ways of working across the team and champion process efficiency.
Your Accountabilities
- Delivery of customer‑focused range builds for in‑store or online.
- Creation of product briefs that align to range gaps, VFM principles and creative direction.
- Range data capture including item information, pricing and mix details.
- Alignment to key milestone timelines and critical paths.
- Input into the product development process.
- Effective lifecycle management of allocated SKU pools.

To Be Successful You Will Need
- Experience in a product development or marketing‑related discipline.
- Ability to deliver strategy against fixed objectives and KPIs.
- Experience building product ranges and articulating the rationale behind decisions.
- Ability to write clear, insight‑driven product briefs and collaborate creatively.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial acumen with experience delivering profitable product solutions.
- Knowledge of retailer range validation including price, mix and product hierarchy.
- Understanding of costing, pricing, sourcing and supplier management.
- Agility, resilience and the ability to stay focused on objectives.
- Confidence working with data, insight and reporting for a variety of audiences.
