Marketing Assistant
We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Assistant to join our team — a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves multi‑channel marketing, enjoys getting stuck into campaign delivery, and wants to help shape how we engage customers across our trade channels.
In this role, you’ll support the planning and execution of our marketing activity to bring our brand and commercial plans to life. You’ll help drive customer acquisition, engagement and conversion by delivering smooth, well‑coordinated campaigns.
You’ll work closely with teams across Marketing, Creative, Commercial and Product to make sure everything lands on time, on brand, and in line with business priorities — keeping activity organised, insight‑driven, and effective.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of multi‑channel marketing activity, ensuring campaigns run smoothly across online and offline channels
- Coordinating the briefing process for trade activity and wider marketing content
- Improving customer journeys, with a focus on strengthening conversion across our trade website
- Building, maintaining and growing our trade email database and social media engagement
- Scheduling content across social media, email and on‑site platforms
- Reporting on campaign performance and sharing actionable insights with the wider team
- Helping deliver trade events — from preparation through to on‑the‑day support
- Keeping up to date with competitors, trends and consumer insights to help shape future activity
- Providing flexible support to the wider team on ad hoc marketing projects
This is a great role for someone who:
- Enjoys working in a fast‑paced, creative environment
- Loves the variety of multi‑channel marketing
- Takes pride in organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
- Communicates confidently and enjoys collaborating with different teams
- Is curious, proactive, and keen to learn
You’ll have a real impact — helping us deliver effective, insight‑driven marketing activity and strengthening how we connect with our customers.
To be successful, we’re looking for you to demonstrate:
- A degree or relevant qualification in marketing or a related field
- Great organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders
- A commercial mindset with great attention to detail
- A passion for digital and multi‑channel marketing
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or ECRM tools (bonus but not essential)
- Ideally 12 months’ experience in a similar role, though enthusiasm and drive matter just as much
If you’re excited about supporting campaigns, improving how things work, and helping us deliver great marketing activity across our trade channels, we’d love to hear from you.
