Behind the scenes it takes a lot to keep a business like ours running smoothly. So our HR, Finance and IT teams are responsible for taking care of our people, our money and our systems.

    Our HR team champions employee development and engagement to support the business in meeting its performance objectives. We help our colleagues in whatever way possible, because our power lies in our people.

    Our three key teams in HR are, the HR Services team, the HR Business Partnering and Advice team and the Organisational Effectiveness and Development team, which includes talent, resourcing and communications.

  • Finance

    Robust financial analysis is the foundation of every single commercial decision we make. We work across every area of the business and are fully involved in the end-to-end decision making process.

  • Our Finance team

    Our Financial teams, comprising Finance Business Partnering and our Finance Business Analysts, ensure that the books are balanced, the numbers make sense and every decision we make, or action we take, has been subjected to rigorous financial analysis every step of the way.

  • IT

    Providing the tools and technological know-how to support colleagues across UK, Ireland and our Hallmark International locations, our IT team help us to keep the work flowing smoothly and the systems running efficiently. 

  • Our IT team

    On-call and available to deal with issues 24/7, our hardworking team is responsible for keeping us all up-to-date, maintaining our business security, safe-guarding all our invaluable data and research, and ensuring that we operate as efficiently and effectively as is technologically possible.
